Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
How do I RETURN/Exchange an item? - You may go to your local shipping store within 30 days of purchase to send your return/exchange to: Foxyware
1.Repack the item in the original carton. Be sure to include your order # when sending items back.
2.Ship the package insured via U.S. Mail or UPS. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. Please be sure to save your tracking information.
3. Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
4. There is a 15% restocking fee on items over $100.00.
